Andrew McIntosh, 40 Under 40, Convenience Store Decisions

Convenience Store Decisions 40 Under 40 | Congratulations Andrew McIntosh

Congratulations to Andrew McIntosh for making the Convenience Store Decisions Magazine 40 Under 40 list.

“I remember doing on-site fuel deliveries with my dad when I was seven and our first convenience store was an old rundown house with two pumps and no canopy,” Andrew McIntosh said. “I remember looking at the hole in the ground where the tanks were to be set for our first unattended Pacific Pride and thinking it was the Grand Canyon.”

Andrew McIntosh, formerly a Patriot Missile operator in the U.S. Army, has spent the last three years helping build up the family company. He is now Director of Marketing and Technology.

McIntosh Energy now has four parts of the business:

• operation of Macfood Mart convenience stores

• independent franchisee of Pacific Pride

• delivers on-site fuel

• represents independent operators with Sunoco.

The company was founded by Andrew’s grandfather Russell McIntosh. The company  expanded under the direction of Ray (Andrew’s father). Now, the company continues to thrive with Andrew McIntosh on the team. McIntosh Energy has had an exceptionally bright year with the opening of a brand new store on Goshen Road.

Convenience Store Decisions Magazine and the Young Executives Organization partnered to recognize exemplary young executives across the convenience store industry. We are proud of Andrew and his accomplishments so far. We are excited to see what the future holds for Andrew McIntosh and McIntosh Energy.

See for yourself.
